The Coaching Philosophy

When coaching kids,

I look to develop and improve their personal health and well-being by improving their postures and making sure they are moving properly, educating them about how their bodies work (move) and how to apply this to other sports or activities (daily life). This is more important than thinking of becoming sports stars. Once they develop this understanding, they can then look to their futures as athletes. This course represents how I approach basketball and what is important to me.
