Fotis Liolis

Fotis is an experienced basketball player (since 1983) and trainer who has developed a 3D training system for fitness, game improvement, and motivation.

Fotis played for the Wellington Saints basketball team as a Guard. Fotis is a qualified personal trainer with a Diploma in Exercise Science.
